Job Description

Join ProCook as Deputy Store Manager, leading the launch of our brand new One Change store in London.

What you'll do
  • Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Drive sales and performance through strong commercial awareness and KPI focus.
  • Take ownership of daily floor leadership and operational excellence.
  • Oversee stock, merchandising, compliance, and store standards.
  • Support team development, engagement, and wellbeing through coaching and 1 to 1s.
  • Use performance data to help improve results and decision making.
  • Step up to lead the store in the Store Manager's absence.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a supervisory or deputy management role.
  • Mandatory experience in retail or hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and people support skills.
  • Commercial awareness and confidence using sales data.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem solving skills.
  • Strong operational understanding and attention to detail.
Schedule

Full-time role requiring 40 hours per week, scheduled on a 5 day out of 7 rota basis. The rota includes one full weekend off, one weekend on, one Saturday off, and one Sunday off within a 4 week cycle.

Training & Onboarding

You'll complete mandatory training that includes two days at our Store Support Centre in Gloucester and 4 to 8 weeks at one of our training stores. Timing and order of the training may vary.

  • Salary up to £35,000 per annum, including Central London weighting supplement.
