Deputy Store Manager

Our client is seeking a Deputy Manager for their new store in the Arndale Centre.
Working in a leadership team of 4 and reporting to the store general manager.

This role will oversee a team of 15 staff. Managing floor standards, customer service, sales drivers and operational processes.

Its important that applicants come from a retail management background where assisted sales is part of the role.

You will need a positive attitude towards team leadership to create an environment that engages customers and offers the best service.
