Deputy Store Manager - Stock & Process Leader

The Range is seeking an organised Deputy Store Manager (Stock & Process) to lead stock management, process compliance and inventory accuracy across the store, driving operational excellence for customers.

You will work closely with the Store Manager to build high-performing teams, coach colleagues, manage health and safety, and deputise when required to ensure safe, compliant and highly efficient store operations.
