Deputy Store Manager - Lead the Floor & Drive Performance

B&M Retail Limited in Coventry is recruiting a Deputy Store Manager for our Airport Retail Park store. You will support the Store Manager, take ownership across the shop floor, and lead in their absence while aligning with our customer-first standards.
