Deputy Store Manager - Lead Sales & Ops (Flexible Hours)

Aldi is seeking a Deputy Store Manager in Wolverhampton to drive sales, deliver excellent customer service, minimise costs and improve operational efficiency. You will support the Store Manager by training colleagues, checking displays, and hitting store targets.

This role offers real responsibility and a stepping stone to store management, with an extra £4 per hour when running the store, a flexible 25-35 hour week, 28 days leave incl bank holidays, and ongoing training and development
