Job Description
Aldi is looking for a hands-on store leader in the United Kingdom who will take charge when both the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent. You will be responsible for stock ordering, staff training, stock displays, and driving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service and cost control.
You will also receive an additional premium of £4.00 per hour whilst running the store, recognising the extra responsibility and hours involved in this pivotal role.
