Deputy Store Manager - Lead, Coach & Drive Store Results

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to support the Store Manager, own the shop floor, and lead the store in their absence. The role involves flexibility to travel across East London stores and to work across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You will coach a high-performing team, focus on customer experience and store standards, and drive KPIs to unlock potential for growth and improved performance.
