Deputy Store Manager - Lead, Coach & Drive Performance

B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for its Hednesford store. You will support the Store Manager, take ownership across the shop floor, and be prepared to lead the store in their absence. This hands-on leadership role requires flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

You will drive sales, coach your team, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards and store performance.
