Deputy Store Manager - Derby Launch Leader

ProCook Ltd is opening a brand-new Derby store in the Derbion centre, and we're looking for a Deputy Store Manager to join the opening team. You will support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team from day one and deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving strong commercial results.

On the shop floor, you'll lead, coach, and guide the team, step in during the Store Manager's absence, and ensure smooth operations across sales, stock, service and store standards.
