Job Description
CPL Healthcare is recruiting a Deputy Social Care Manager for a growing children's residential service expanding from the Midlands into County Tipperary (Two Mile Borris). You will support the Social Care Manager in daily operations and gain leadership experience in a nurturing, evidence-based setting.
The role requires a Level 8 qualification in Social Care, at least 3 years' post-qualification experience in a children's residential setting, and strong communication and leadership potential.
