Deputy Shop Manager: Lead Volunteers & Drive Community Impact

Acorns Children's Hospice Trust is seeking a Deputy Shop Manager to support the St Peters Shop Manager. This 15-hour-per-week role involves leading volunteers, shaping stock and merchandising, and helping achieve sales targets. Based in the St Peters area, you'll travel to cover nearby shops when needed.

We require retail experience and the ability to motivate a team, with a focus on meeting targets. Eligible to work in the UK and willing to participate in safeguarding checks are essential.
