We are seeking a passionate and values-led Deputy Services Manager to join our Residential Services team in Ashford. Working alongside the Person in Charge (PIC), you will support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services that empower people to achieve their goals, build independence, and actively participate in their communities.

• Social Care qualification and CORU registration/eligibility
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• A passion for person-centred practice
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Commitment to quality, safeguarding and inclusion
