Deputy Service Manager - Lead Care Team & Impact

Voyage Care is seeking a Deputy Service Manager to lead a residential service in Dover. You will manage a dedicated team, develop person-centred plans, and support people to gain greater independence in daily life.

You will perform care needs assessments, recruit and induct staff, supervise, handle medication competencies and audits, and participate in on-call duties. A Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification and autism-related experience are essential.
