Deputy Sendco and English Teacher

We are seeking to appoint a passionate and motivated Deputy SENDCo, with an English teaching specialism, who is committed to providing an inclusive and rewarding experience for all students.

The successful candidate will be an outstanding classroom practitioner, keen to develop leadership skills in the English and Inclusive Learning Faculties and will have excellent subject knowledge.

The successful candidate:

• Can teach English to small SEN classes
• Will be fully committed to enabling all students to achieve well and make good progress

• Possesses good organisational skills
• Supports a culture of high expectations and a strong belief that all can achieve
• Fosters a culture of support and feedback for staff
• Works with positive, supportive, and friendly colleagues
