Deputy Restaurant Manager - Lead & Elevate Guest Experience

Lagardère Travel Retail Ireland is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the General Manager in running a busy F&B operation within an airport environment. You will lead staff, monitor service quality, and ensure brand standards and safety compliance.

This role focuses on staff scheduling, training, inventory control, cost management, and delivering excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Evenings, weekends and holidays are part of the shift pattern.
