Deputy Principal (Education)

Our client is seeking an ambitious and values-driven Deputy Principal (Education) to join their Executive Leadership Team. This is a pivotal role, offering the opportunity to shape our client's educational strategy, lead quality improvement and ensure that teaching, learning and assessment consistently meet the needs of the College's diverse students, communities and employers. You will provide executive leadership and strategic oversight across curriculum, quality, skills, partnerships and student services, driving integration and sustained performance improvement across all campuses. Working closely with the Principal and Chief Executive, Deputy CEO (CFO) and senior leaders, you will align educational ambition and innovation with financial sustainability and workforce capability.
