Deputy Payroll Service Delivery Manager - Belfast role based in Belfast City Centre. This is a full-time - temporary position with a closing date of 24-09-2025.

• Salary: £19.10 per hour
• Experience: 2 years experience essential or 5 years without a degree

Responsibilities

Main duties will include delegation of payroll issues to Payroll Team Leaders and Payroll Officers, reporting to senior management, providing advice to HSC on payroll, recruitment and disciplinary issues. Lead team analysis, investigations and resolution of complaints, create reports, recruitment, and assist with audits.

What We Need From You

• Degree in Finance or Business-related area or equivalent / higher qualification
• 2 years' experience with Payroll/Finance with staff leadership essential
• Or 5 years experience without a degree
• 1 year's experience in the use of Microsoft Office
