Deputy Payroll & Pensions Manager - Lead & Compliance

The University of Bradford is seeking a Deputy Payroll and Pensions Manager to support the delivery of a high-quality, compliant payroll service. This role acts as the primary contact for the Payroll & Pensions team, handling complex tax and pension information for monthly payroll.

You will liaise with People Services, HMRC and pension providers; manage the team workload and ensure accurate payroll processing. Strong PAYE knowledge and leadership are essential.
