Award winning care provider require a nurse registered deputy manager in the Maesteg area. Ideally someone who has worked as a Clinical Lead or Deputy previously. Nursing PIN essential.

The service provides specialist dementia and end of life nursing care. This is a great opportunity to join an expanding care provider who will support the development of your career.

Responsibilities

• The Nursing Home Manager is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with leadership experience as a clinical lead or deputy manager to support day-to-day running of the home and staff management.
• Oversee clinical compliance, medication management, changes in care plans, development of clinical care and staff training.

Qualifications

• 3 years+ nursing home experience (preferred).
• Valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN).
• Background in dementia care.
• Good communication skills.
