Developing care provider require a nurse registered deputy manager in the Swansea area. Ideally someone who has worked as a Clinical Lead or Deputy previously. Nursing PIN essential.

Responsibilities

• The Deputy Nursing Home Manager will help support the day-to-day running of the home and staff management.
• Oversee clinical compliance, medication management, changes in care plans, development of clinical care and staff training.

Qualifications

• Valid NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
• Background in dementia care
• 3 years+ nursing home experience
• Good communication skills
