Deputy Nursery Manager Up to £40,000 per year Level 3 Full Time 40 Hours per Week. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Level 3 qualified Deputy Nursery Manager to join a successful, family-owned nursery with a strong reputation for delivering exceptional early years education and care.
Rated Good by Ofsted, this service is looking for a confident and passionate early years leader with previous senior management experience, ideally as a Deputy Nursery Manager.

Every child is encouraged to explore, learn, and develop through play, while a strong focus on nurturing relationships ensures each child feels physically and emotionally safe.

What We're Looking For- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
- Previous senior leadership experience within an early years setting.
- Ideally experienced as a Deputy Nursery Manager, although experienced Third in Charge candidates with strong leadership skills will also be considered.
- Excellent knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding practices.
- A confident, organised leader with the ability to inspire and support others.
- Passionate about providing exceptional care and giving every child the best possible start in life.

- Support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day leadership of the nursery.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the nursery team to deliver outstanding childcare and education.
- Ensure compliance with the EYFS framework, safeguarding legislation, and Ofsted requirements.
- Coach and mentor staff through supervisions, observations, and ongoing professional development.
- Build strong partnerships with children, families, and the wider team.
- Monitor the quality of practice throughout the nursery and drive continuous improvement.
- Take responsibility for the nursery in the Manager's absence.
- All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements, including an enhanced DBS check, satisfactory references, and verification of the right to work in the UK, in line with safeguarding responsibilities.
