Deputy Nursery Manager

New Nursery in Enfield looking for a strong Deputy Manager to join the team ASAP! Are you a Deputy Manager looking for a new role, or a Room Lead or Third in Charge looking to progress? We are looking for a Deputy Manager to start ASAP at this new independent nursery in Enfield. This wonderful nursery is opening later this month and is a 77 place setting, with dedicated rooms for each age group, alongside a large and secure outdoor play area perfect for extended learning and play. As a Deputy Manager, you will support the Nursery Manager in overseeing the daily operation of the nursery, and will be able to motivate and provide support for your team.

• At least a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
• Experience working in an early years setting
• Good knowledge of safeguarding and child protection
• Strong understanding of EYFS
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for working with children and early years education

This is a full time and permanent Deputy Nursery Manager position to start ASAP. Salary from £30k per annum, to be reviewed after probation. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a team opening a brand new nursery, making a difference to children's early development. Located in Enfield, this nursery is easy to reach thanks to local train stations and bus routes.
