We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Nurse Manager for a small, purpose-built nursing home in Leicester. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Nursing Home Manager in the daily operations of the facility
• Assist in managing staff rotas and conducting supervisions
• Ensure high standards of care are consistently provided to all residents
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
• Oversee clinical governance and quality assurance processes

Requirements

• Valid Nursing PIN
• Previous experience in a similar managerial role within a nursing home setting
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
