Hickory's Smokehouse is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead either the Bar, Restaurant or Team with full accountability for standards, culture and performance.

You will drive a busy authentic BBQ operation, coach the team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while upholding our values in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a generous package of up to £43,000 per year including Tip Jar, with training and progression opportunities.
