Deputy Manager, Complex Care Home in Surrey

Active Care Group is seeking a Deputy Manager for our Surrey-based Woodland Court and Fir Tree Lodge services. The role covers 40 hours per week, split between office time and floor duties, across two sites with a Monday to Friday schedule.

You will lead care teams, oversee medication processes, implement care plans, and ensure regulatory compliance while supporting residents to become as independent as possible.
