A leading children's residential care provider in Baildon is seeking a Deputy Manager for their 4-bed Children's Residential Home. This role supports young people aged 8-17 and focuses on delivering high-quality, child-centred care. Responsibilities include managing the home in the manager's absence, safeguarding children, and developing staff performance. Ideal candidates will have a Level 3 Diploma in Children & Young People's Workforce, with leadership skills and experience in a residential setting.
