Job Description
Keys Group is seeking a Deputy Manager for a Children's Residential service in Hinckley. The role reports to the Registered Manager and leads a warm, skilled team to provide high-quality care for children with complex needs.
You will embed structured, safe practices, support staff, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring documentation and regulatory compliance are kept up to date. Nights out of hours hours include sleep-ins and active involvement in care planning.
