Deputy Manager, Children's Residential Care Leader

Odyssey Social Care is seeking a Deputy Manager for its children's residential services in Ireland. You will work with the Unit Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, ensure high standards of care, supervise staff, and support the wellbeing and safety of young people.

You will report to the Unit Social Care Manager and contribute to a values-driven, collaborative culture. The role requires CORU registration, a Level 7+ qualification in Social Care, and at least 3 years' experience in social
