Deputy Manager, Children's Home - Lead Care Team

Staffordshire County Council is recruiting 3 Deputy Manager vacancies for our children's homes in Stafford. You will support the Registered Manager, lead a team, and oversee day-to-day operations, safeguarding, and care planning to ensure high-quality support for young people.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3/4 in Children's and Young People's Workforce or equivalent, possess a valid UK driving licence, and have prior residential childcare experience.
