Deputy Manager, Children's Home - Lead Care & Sleep-Ins

Vetro Recruitment is seeking a Deputy Manager to join a leading children's residential home in Telford. You will work closely with the Registered Manager to oversee daily operations, support staff, and ensure high standards of care for children and young people in a safe, nurturing environment.

The role requires senior or supervisory experience in children's residential care, strong leadership and communication skills, safeguarding knowledge, and flexibility for shifts and sleep-ins.
