THE ROLE AT A GLANCELocation: The Beeches UK
Hours: 40 hours per week (including sleep ins, weekends, and shifts)
Salary: £36,629 per annum + up to £700 additional pay per month for sleep in shifts
Sleep in Pay: Up to £700 per month (dependent on sleep ins worked)
Shift Pattern: 1 day on, 2 days off rotation
Overtime: Paid at time and a quarter (x1.25) once the minimum 40 hours are worked
Visa Sponsorship: This role is not eligible for UK skilled worker visa sponsorship. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people in a stable and nurturing home environment - one where they can grow, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes.
You will play a key role in young people's daily lives, helping them develop independence, resilience, and essential life skills. Experience in childcare or a related setting is preferred, and your knowledge and insight will directly shape the quality of care we provide.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES- Providing a warm, safe, and supportive environment for young people
- Building positive, trusting relationships that help young people thrive
- Supporting and contributing to individual care plans and daily routinesMaintaining accurate records, logs, and reports
- Promoting independence, emotional wellbeing, and positive life skills
- Experience: Working with children and young people in a care, education, or support setting is preferred but not essential
- Passion: A genuine, person centred approach to supporting young people
- Qualification: Level 3 in Children & Young People's Residential Care is essential.
- Driving: Full UK driving licence preferred
- Approach: Positive, resilient, and a collaborative team player who can work flexibly across shifts
