Job Description
Supported Living Deputy Manager - Mental Health & Learning Disabilities

We are recruiting for an experienced and motivated Supported Living Deputy Manager to oversee six supported living services in Greenwich, providing care for individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior level candidate looking to step into a strong deputy role within a multi site service, working closely with the Registered Manager to ensure quality, compliance, and positive outcomes for service users.

Role
  • Support the day to day management of six supported living sites
  • Ensure high quality, person centred care for individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding standards
  • Support staff supervision, training, and performance management
  • Help oversee rotas, care planning, and risk assessments
  • Work closely with families, professionals, and external agencies
  • Contribute to service development and continuous improvement
About You
  • Experience within supported living, mental health, or learning disability services
  • Previous senior or deputy level experience (or strong team leader ready to step up)
  • Good understanding of CQC regulations and safeguarding procedures
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple sites and support staff teams effectively
  • A passion for delivering high quality, outcome focused support
