As a Deputy Manager you will be a Head of Department, and fully accountable for either the Bar, Restaurant or Team. You will also be responsible for upholding our culture and values, a champion of standards, and leading the team to deliver an authentic fresh-food based BBQ menu in one of the busiest restaurants in town!
