Deputy Manager

Overview

Salary: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum plus contributory pension, bonus, staff discount, and two full weekends off per month.

A global luxury retailer, specialising in beauty and luxury accessories, is looking for a deputy manager to run one of its multi-million turnover flagship stores. The role requires an outgoing, highly motivated people manager who can deliver exceptional customer service and drive commercial performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large team to drive sales by delivering the highest standards of service.
• Drive the commercial performance of a luxury product category.
• Take responsibility for the training, performance, and development of your team.
• Lead with a high level of customer service that differentiates the store from the high street.
