Vetro Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Deputy Manager to join our outstanding children's residential care team in Dover, Kent. You will support the Registered Manager in day-to-day operational management, ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding.
You will lead a skilled team, develop placement plans, and oversee risk assessments and positive handling strategies in line with Children's Homes Regulations 2015.
