MCG Recruitment is partnering with one of the country's most exciting premium burger concepts to find an Assistant Restaurant General Manager who's hungry for growth, passionate about people, and ready to help lead an energetic, high-performing team.

The Role

As Deputy Manager, you'll be right at the heart of the operation, supporting the GM in delivering exceptional service, driving team performance, and keeping standards sky-high across the restaurant.

You'll be:

• Leading shifts with confidence and positivity
• Supporting recruitment, training, and development of the team
• Keeping service smooth, fast, and guest-focused
• Managing rotas, labour, and daily operations
• Helping control stock, deliveries, and operational efficiency
• Motivating the team during busy services and high-pressure moments
• Creating a workplace culture people genuinely want to be part of

When the GM is away, you'll confidently step into their shoes and keep the operation running seamlessly.
