Deputy Manager - Complex Care (2 Sites) & Med Admin Lead

Active Care Group is seeking a Deputy Manager for Woodland Court and Fir Tree Lodge in Surrey. The role is 40 hours per week, split between office time and floor duties, across two sites.

Salary £36,500 per annum (FTE) pro rata, with a strong focus on medication management, documentation, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have a Level 4 Diploma or equivalent, proven leadership experience, and excellent IT skills.
