Job Description
Vetro Recruitment is seeking a Deputy Manager for a Children's Residential Home in Telford. You will support the Registered Manager, lead shifts and ensure high-quality care for children and young people, while building positive relationships and safeguarding at all times.
The role requires experience in residential care, senior/ Supervisory background, and a calm, nurturing leadership style. A full driving licence and flexibility for shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins are essential.
