Qualifications and Experience

• Qualifications Required: Level 3 Children & Young People's Workforce
• Experience Required: Experience within Children's Residential, Mental Health, or Secure Unit settings

The Home

This is a new 3-bed assessment home supporting children aged 8-17 with EBD. The service is designed to deliver structured, high-quality assessments that inform long-term care planning, requiring strong leadership, consistency, and resilience.

Role Overview

Our client is seeking a Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day leadership and operation of the home. You will play a key role in ensuring high standards of care, supporting staff development, and maintaining a safe, structured environment for young people.

You will contribute to care planning, risk management, safeguarding practices, and the overall development of the service, ensuring compliance with Ofsted standards and regulations.
