Deputy Locality Manager - Learning Disabilities Care Lead

Midway Care Group in Redditch is seeking a Deputy Locality Manager to oversee our residential services for adults with learning disabilities. The role is full-time and paid £28,000 per annum, with on-call responsibilities as part of a flexible rota.

You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure high quality, person centred care, develop care plans, supervise staff, and work closely with healthcare professionals to meet individual needs while maintaining compliance with MCA and DoLS guidelines.
