Job Duties- Lead and manage daily laundry production operations to ensure efficiency and quality
- Supervise staff and coordinate activities with production supervisors and section leaders
- Monitor production performance and ensure service standards are consistently met
- Manage resources effectively, including staff, equipment, and materials
- Liaise with customers and stakeholders to maintain service satisfaction
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards
- Experience working in a factory, production, or healthcare environment
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a similar setting
