Salary Range: Leadership Scale 10 -14

Start Date: Summer or Autumn Term 2026

The governing body are seeking to appoint an inspirational and dynamic Deputy Headteacher to join our staff and leadership team in our continuing ambition to fulfil our vision and enable all children to flourish and thrive.

• A compassionate leader who lives out and promotes our distinct Christian values within our Church of England school community.
• An inspirational teacher, who can demonstrate excellent classroom practice and lead staff in teaching and learning; this may also include at times regular teaching commitment.
• A role model with energy, experience and commitment, who sets high expectations for all staff and children including driving excellent behaviour.
• A manager who can promote high standards amongst adults and ensure successful management of safeguarding, staffing and data.
