Deputy Headteacher: Education Excellence & Curriculum

High Peak School, part of Kedleston Group, seeks a Deputy Headteacher (Quality of Education) to drive teaching, learning, assessment and curriculum excellence. You will partner with the Headteacher to raise standards, innovate practice and ensure outstanding progress for all pupils, including those with additional needs.

You will lead curriculum strategy, coach middle leaders and coordinate CPD while shaping school self evaluation and inspection readiness across the provision.
