Job Description

Lionheart School is a pupil referral unit supporting some of the most vulnerable young people on the island. An exciting opportunity now exists for a Deputy Headteacher responsible for managing the following areas:

  • On-site Medical Provision
  • Off-site Medical Provision
  • Medical Provision
  • Operational/Strategic
  • Deployment of Trauma Informed therapies
  • Development of Speech and Language therapies

Lionheart School provides a stimulating and nurturing environment for students unable to attend mainstream schools due to medical needs, emotional vulnerability, or social and emotional difficulties.

The school aims to be a Trauma Informed and Therapeutic centre of excellence, working with children, their parents, and home schools.
