Deputy Headteacher - Inclusive Excellence & School Improvement

City of London Academies Trust (COLAT) is seeking an ambitious Deputy Headteacher for Redriff Primary School. The successful candidate will work with the Headteacher and Trust colleagues to secure exceptional outcomes for all children and drive continued school improvement.

The role focuses on leading teaching and learning, curriculum development, inclusion and safeguarding, while developing staff and promoting a culture of high expectations, belonging and equity across the school.
