Deputy Headteacher - Behaviour & Culture Leader

Nova Education Trust is seeking a Deputy Head Teacher for Behaviour and Culture to join its Senior Leadership Team. You will lead whole-school improvement, oversee behaviour, safeguarding, admissions and inclusion, and drive a strong tutor programme to support pastoral care and student development.

You will use data to monitor trends, collaborate with the Head Teacher and the RISE Behaviour and Attendance Hub, and partner with families to raise standards across the trust.
