Newark Academy, part of the Nova Education Trust, invites applications for a Deputy Head Teacher. This is a pivotal senior leadership post, shaping behaviour, culture and pupil outcomes with close collaboration with the Head Teacher.

You will lead whole-school improvement, design behaviour strategies, oversee safeguarding, admissions and inclusion, and support tutoring and alternative provision, driving high expectations and a values-driven environment.
