Overview

We are seeking a Deputy Head Teacher to support the Head Teacher in driving academic standards, culture and long term success for our school. The role requires strong leadership, clear strategy and a commitment to pupil outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire staff while ensuring all actions benefit the children.
• Collaborate with the Head Teacher on operational and strategic planning.
• Support growth across the school, driving standards, culture and long term success.
• Communicate effectively with staff, governors, parents and students.

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous leadership experience, preferably in a Deputy or same role.
• Strong understanding of teaching and learning; experience in classroom settings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Enhanced DBS certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
• Commitment to leadership, pupil outcomes and school success.
