Deputy Head Sommelier - Luxury Wine Leadership

Maison Estelle in Mayfair is seeking a Deputy Head Sommelier to lead the wine program alongside the Head Sommelier. You will mentor the sommelier team, oversee stock management, events, and service standards, and deputise when required.

The successful candidate will hold WSET Level 3 or Diploma, have 4+ years in a luxury hospitality setting, and demonstrate leadership, exceptional organisation, and a passion for wine.
