Deputy Head of Site - Operations & Performance Leader

Babcock requires a Deputy Head of Site for our Walsall site. You will support the Head of Site to ensure safe, secure and efficient operation within a complex engineering and manufacturing environment, influencing strategic direction and daily performance across production, projects and customer accounts.

You will drive safety, quality and customer satisfaction, lead site performance reviews, and embed continuous improvement while aligning with national security and defence commitments.
